WHY WITCH?

Have you ever wondered why I use the domain PeaceWitch for my blog? Why not PeaceHealer? What do I mean with Witch?

According to the Webster, witch is a person (especially a woman) who is credited with having usually malignant supernatural powers. I will explain why they’re usually woman in later post.

From some fairly tales we used to hear in childhood, a witch is probably an old, ugly woman with beak nose and wart, wearing a coat, spiky boots and a hat or a young woman with aggressive make-up, in ornamented dresses, fascinated by their own freshly-discovered dark side. Through out most of history, she has been someone to fear because she threatens our safety or manipulates reality for her own mercurial purposes.

Also, this is what you see when you search “witch” on Google

But that’s not how all the withes are.

Witches are actually existed among us and they have strange power that can harm or heal. There’re black witches and white witches depends on what they use their power for. White witches use their power to heal, and they also can be called healers. Anyone can be a witch as we all have incredible power that we may or may not aware of. Our strong will or desire will decide if we are witch or healer.

Since the time I realized my healing gift, I also realized that I can use my power to harm others if I’m not aware of it. That’s the reason I use this name, this domain to constantly guard my healing and harming ability. There’s a very tiny boundary between a healer and a witch.

And you, who do you choose to be?
